Key Projects
Back to Rhythm Campaign
A campaign focussed on heart health and spreading awareness on cardiac arrest. This campaign achieved a Guinness World Record and occurred for a period of 3 months. My key roles within this campaign was specifically social media management; campaign management and website development and optimization.
Website 360
A project focussed on optimization and re-designing the Philips.Com through Africa. The objective of this project was to increase the engagement and conversion rate on the website. This project included SEO Auditing and localising assets and pages across each website within Africa.
CRM Lead (B2B & B2C)
I was the CRM Lead for both B2B and B2C sectors within Africa for over 5 years - focussed on developing and Implementing the entire consumer journey for global campaigns and local campaigns within Philips. I achieved great success within this campaign over the 5 years.
Future of Health Index Report
The FHI Report was a project focussed on increasing the engagement of though leadership and PR within Philips. A key annual B2B Campaign within Philips.
My role during this campaign every year was CRM Lead, Web Development and PR; Content Creation and Social Media.
E-Commerce Project
The project was focused on ensuring all PDP pages across all B2C Product Portfolios where up to date; localized and syncronised all our e-tailor buy buttons. This project was across all .Coms within Africa.
Philips One Product Launch
The Philips One Product Launch was a major success. The Launch focused on digital and physical activations across South Africa showcasing the Philips One.
My role during this campaign included Project Lead on Digital Activations; Website Development; CRM and Social Media Management.
Philips OneBlade
The Philips OneBlade Product Launch - my key roles within this project was CRM Lead; Website Development; Social Media Management and Digital Asset Manager.
The product launch exceed the KPI's and the innovative social media strategy was one of the greatest highlights in engagement during the campaign.
Campaign Managament
My key role as a Digital Specialist was managing the digital projects within key campaigns across META. I handled the website development; collaborated with marketing teams and managed the entire social media and CRM process over each campaign.
